Tobias Atwood
President, CEO
Tobias Atwood, President and CEO to TLA Industries, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Tobias has been part of every task imaginable in the industry. As a young adult he picked up strong management skills in the restaurant industry that carried over into the construction industry as a crew leader and project manager out of the gate. Excelling at everything that he puts his mind too, Tobias started his own company in 2003. He is a leader by nature, trains and develops people to their highest potential, and believes in taking care of his customers above all. He believes in the value of hard work and will never merely perform a craft trade, but will strive to do it better than anyone else.

Elizabeth Atwood
Operations Manager / Project Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in Office Management and bookkeeping, Liz loves focusing on enterprise growth. She has decades of experience is customer service and customer relations and believes that relationships with the customers is the key. Liz has been working with customers in every capacity from the time that she entered the workforce in the early 1990's. She especially enjoys the challenge of fostering business to client connection by evaluating profits that can be given back to the consumer to make their dreams achievable. Liz is also a certified notary and currently advancing her education in business management and real estate.
Liz is a wife, mother, and friend. When she's not behind her computer, you can find Elizabeth working out at her cross fit, playing disc golf with her husband, meeting up with her best friends for girl time or at the River doing river things. Liz's perfect day is anywhere where it is warm and being in or by a body of water.
Michael Krausman
Marketing & Design Manager
Mike has bridged the gap between design and development since 2010 in Fullerton, California. He’s a strong believer that good design begins with compelling content, and that user experience and accessibility are paramount to a successful project. Mike has spent some time in customer service and knows that it is paramount in any successful business. When he’s not designing or developing customer relations, Mike enjoys engaging in social online communities, Paddle-boarding the West Coast, and studying great scientific works.
Mike excelled in theater as a young man and is great in front of any audience and played water polo. Michael also enjoys long walks from the couch to the fridge and hanging out with his cat, Loki.
