Step 01

The visit

A 15-minute on-site visit. We measure, look at your sun and space, and answer questions — no all-evening sales pitch.

Step 02

The quote

An honest quote the same day, delivered digitally. One straight number — no phantom “today only” discounts.

Step 03

Permit & schedule

We pull the permit and lock in your install date. You don’t chase paperwork — we handle the city side.

Step 04

The install

Our crew builds it, cleans up, and walks you through it. Most projects are completed in just one day.

On install day

What actually happens in your backyard.

We arrive when we said we would. The same crew that quoted the job shows up on the scheduled day and gets set up.
Footings and posts first. We set the structural posts and beam — the part everything else hangs on — to the engineered layout.
The cover goes up. Panels or lattice are installed, wiring for any fans and lights is run through the concealed beam channel.
We clean up after ourselves. The yard is left the way we found it — debris hauled, workspace swept.
A final walkthrough. We walk the finished cover with you before we leave, so you know exactly what you have.
Most jobs, one day. Larger or multi-section layouts can run longer — we’ll tell you up front which yours is.
