Once we have your info, Liz reaches out within business hours to confirm your visit window and answer any questions.
Tobias comes to your home, takes precise measurements, and walks the space with you. Fifteen minutes is all we ask — no all-evening sales pitch, no pressure tactics.
You'll get straight answers about your options, materials, and timeline right on the spot.
After your consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed digital proposal and deliver it the same day. You’ll have everything in writing, giving you time to review your options without pressure.

Once you approve your proposal, we’ll begin preparing your project. This includes submitting for permits when required, ordering your materials, and coordinating the details of your installation.
We schedule your installation only after permitting is complete and material availability is confirmed, allowing us to provide a realistic installation date rather than make promises we may not be able to keep.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and contact you as soon as your installation date is ready to be confirmed.
On installation day, a TLA USA representative will meet with you and our dedicated installation crew to review the project before work begins. Our crew will then complete your patio cover with careful attention to the approved plans, clean workmanship, and the details of your proposal.
Once the installation is complete, we’ll review the finished project with you and answer any remaining questions.
The site is cleaned up, the crew heads out, and your new outdoor living space is yours to enjoy.
