Three systems, one standard of work. Every TLA USA cover is a metal patio cover engineered in premium Alumawood — the look of real wood, none of the upkeep. The choice comes down to how much sun, shade, and weather you want overhead.
The material
An aluminum patio cover gives you the warm, painted-wood look of a traditional covered patio without the sanding, staining, and rot that come with real timber. Alumawood is aluminum shaped and finished to read as wood — from the ground, most people can’t tell the difference.
Because it’s a metal patio cover, it won’t warp, crack, or feed termites, and the color is baked on at the factory rather than brushed on in the yard. That’s what lets a TLA USA cover hold its finish through Southern California summers, year after year, with effectively no maintenance.

The three systems
All three are built to the same standard by the same crew. The only real difference is the roof overhead — open and airy, fully solid, or solid and insulated for the coolest space of all.
Open aluminum slats that filter the sun into soft, dappled shade and let the breeze move through — shade that still feels open.
A sealed aluminum roof — full shade and a dry space underneath, standing up to sun, rain, and snow. A covered patio you can use year-round.
Everything the solid roof does, plus a 3″ foam core that blocks radiant heat — R-13.95, for the coolest, quietest space underneath.

Plenty of the best backyards mix systems in a single run: a solid, dry section over the dining table and outdoor kitchen, opening into a lattice section over the garden or lounge where you want light and air.
Because all three share the same beam system and finishes, they line up cleanly and read as one cover. We’ll lay out the mix on your visit, matched to how you actually use the space — then handle the patio cover installation from permit to final walkthrough.
Colors & finishes
Every finish is baked on at the factory, so the color stays even across the whole cover and holds up to the sun.
Swatches shown are on-screen approximations — ask to see physical samples on your visit. Wood-grain is a surface texture, offered on these finishes rather than a separate color.
